What do you love about CrossFit/fitness?**


What I love about CrossFit is being in a room with like-minded individuals who share a passion for fitness and self-improvement. Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, we're all on this journey together as a community. I enjoy being able to discuss the workout of the day with anyone and knowing that their experience is similar to mine. I appreciate not having to decide what to work on at the gym because the workout is already planned for us all. All I have to do is show up and put in the effort, and transformation happens.


**What do you love about being a coach?**


As a coach, I love witnessing members achieve their firsts: their first pull-ups, box jumps, muscle-ups, and more. It brings me joy to see how excited they get when they break their personal records. Being a part of their journey fills me with happiness.


**What makes your coaching style unique?**


My coaching style stands out because of my ability to connect with members and truly understand them. I guide and encourage their growth toward their goals while prioritizing proper form and safety. I maintain a lighthearted approach, enjoying a good laugh and ensuring everyone feels comfortable and welcomed. Plus, as a DJ, I curate an amazing playlist to work out to!


**Words of encouragement for new members?**


CrossFit can be challenging, and trying new things can be intimidating, but it's worth it. You'll be proud of what you can accomplish. Remember, everyone who walks through the doors starts from the same place as you. Your goals are achievable with discipline and dedication.


**And any info about your CrossFit journey and how it led to where you are now coaching others?**


My CrossFit journey has been incredibly rewarding, not only improving my health and strength but also enriching my personal life. Fitness has helped me feel better, boosting my self-esteem, confidence, energy, and overall health. This transformation inspired me to share the benefits of CrossFit with as many people as possible, leading me to become a coach and guide others on their fitness journeys.
