I’ve been an athlete most of my life. When I was introduced to CrossFit, I fell in love with being strong. CrossFit pushes you beyond your own expectations.


​Our ECF motto is  simply NO EXCUSES. We believe in achieving the best mindset possible to be the strongest person inside and out. The programming is tough and that’s what I love most about it. It teaches you to get through challenges. 


 I have the privilege to see athletes become the best version of themselves every single day. I enjoy being a mentor and a friend.  I love bringing energy into the room and being the best hour of someone's day.  ​

I have a degree in Psychology and I use it in my coaching daily. Understanding someone's past is the best way to create a game plan for the future. Allowing people to feel safe, secure and confident with their decision to be here is key.  I’ve been successful at helping our members achieve their goals, break bad habits, create new one's and ultimately chase a lifestyle of health and fitness. 


Fitness Nutrition has played a huge role in our transformation success and in helping others have a better relationship with food. I  enjoy seeing the overall transformation in a personal and watching it transition into their performance. I love educating our members.​
