Coach Bryan

I have been into fitness ever since my freshman year in college. It has been a stable anchor in my life. No matter what happens I always have the things I can control: my fitness and my attitude. To me, they go hand in hand. I love how fitness can change a persons life.

Seeing the individuals day to day and observing their wins. No matter how small, they have such an impact. Someone’s 1st pull-up or performing a proper snatch and seeing their excitement gets me so pumped and that’s what keeps me going.

I’m not a super naturally gifted athlete. Everything I’ve gotten is from hard work and discipline and I know what it takes to go to the next level. I have a high level of patience and I love to teach. I’ve done all sorts of fitness: Crossfit, power lifting, MMA, boxing, jiujitsu, baseball, cross country running, etc. I love it all and I think all of it can be incorporated into someone’s goals.

Be consistent! Keep going with whatever you start. You won’t see overnight changes and that’s good because those go away. The goal is getting a little better every day and going after what you want. Don’t stop chasing what’s next and leveling up: whatever that means to you!
